Day 1: Nairobi – Hell’s Gate National Park – Nairobi

You will be picked up early in the morning from your Nairobi hotel or the airport and depart for Hell’s Gate National Park, driving through the stunning Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at a viewpoint for photography.

Upon arrival, enter the park and enjoy a guided exploration, with options for game viewing, walking safaris, cycling, or visiting the Hell’s Gate Gorge and geothermal areas. Wildlife commonly seen includes giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, elands, hartebeests, warthogs, and numerous bird species. The park’s dramatic scenery has also inspired scenes from famous films.

At midday, enjoy lunch at a lodge, restaurant, or picnic site near the park. After lunch, continue exploring the park or visit nearby attractions such as Ol Njorowa Gorge or geothermal steam vents.

In the late afternoon, depart Hell’s Gate and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
