The excursion begins with an early morning or mid-morning pick-up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi. You will drive a short distance to Nairobi National Park and enter the park as the day’s game viewing begins. Once inside, you will embark on a guided game drive across open grass plains and acacia bushland, with the city skyline forming a dramatic backdrop.

During the game drive, you are likely to spot a variety of wildlife including lions, rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and several species of antelope. The park is also a haven for bird lovers, with over 400 bird species recorded. Your driver-guide will share insights about the park’s wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation efforts while helping you spot animals and capture memorable photographs.

After the game drive, you may visit selected viewpoints and landmarks within the park before exiting. If time allows, the excursion can be combined with a visit to nearby attractions such as the Nairobi Safari Walk or the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
